J. Terence Reese of Hove, England. Bridge writer and WBF grand master.

He was the first to write a book about the Acol system, which became standard in Britain. He conducted regular radio programs about bridge and acted as commentator at international championships.

Bridge columnist of London Observer and London Evening News and other periodicals. Editor of British Bridge World 1955-62. Author of more than 20 books of which 2, Reese on Play and The expert Game, are classics that made major contributions to the game.
